Refund/Return Policy:
The original sales receipt must accompany all returns.
We accept returns for exchange or a refund 7 calendar days after delivery of the product.This is done at our sole discretion after 7 calendar days. We will offer an exchange or store credit only. The items must be in a "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:
- The item must not show signs of wear or damage in any way.
- The item must be returned within 7 calendar days of the delivery date (after 7 calender days no returns are allowed).
- The item must not be a special order or a custom order.
- Any item that is previously noted as final sale, cannot be returned.
If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by Bramson ORT College please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from Bramson ORT College or items that you did not order but received from Bramson ORT College will qualify for store credit or a cash refund.
All refunds are contingent upon the inspection of the item(s) once the college receive it.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact customer service within 7 calender days if you intend to return ANY item to our store. Items that are returned to Bramson ORT College AFTER 7 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Please advise there is a 3% fee for refunding money through Paypal.
Any customer is responsible for all shipping costs. |
